UKSN has been an industry leader maintaining a 99.5% customer satisfaction rate. We are a passionate team of 100+ strong craftspeople with innovative production processes and equipment that allows us to deliver the highest print quality possible.

Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

  • If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. You'll be issued a refund within 3-7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved.
Important Note: All items returned without authorization will not be accepted!!

2. The time frame for return & exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

3. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Return/Exchange Procedure

Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service representative first for further help.our email us at: support@uksn.com

Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.

Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions. (About 7-10 business days)

At last, We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.
Refunds

Once our Customer Service has approved your request, the returns will be processed within 1-3 working days upon receipt of your package. The funds will be issued to your original payment account (About 7-10 working days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

Note: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Debit or Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@uksn.com
We typically DO NOT accept replacements due to customers’ mistakes such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. So please check your address carefully before you check out.
