How much is shipping?

We offer Free Standard Shipping (8-10 business days) on all orders from continental United States that includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.

In the meantime, we also offer Expedited DHL / FedEx / UPS Shipping service as below.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days to prepare your order, and shipping time is 8-10 business days. If your order choose Expedited shipping, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use DHL / FedEx / UPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Note:
1): Taxes (If charged) shoulde be afforded by customer.
2): The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, bad weather and international couriers.


Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

 

Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.

We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.

For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
